Production officially began on the 11th season of FX’s American Horror Story in Manhattan’s West Village on Monday as Isaac Powell and Charlie Carver were spotted kissing on the set.
The 27-year-old Grammy nominee portrays the character of Theo while the 34-year-old SAG Award nominee plays the role of Adam in Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s horror anthology series.
Season 11 is clearly set in the late seventies based on the costumes – and Isaac certainly showcased his chiseled chest, six-pack abs, and bulging biceps wearing a retro vest.

In the street scene, Theo convinced Adam to visit a psychic after they enjoyed ice-cream cones.
Powell is best known for his work in Broadway musicals like West Side Story, while Carver (born Martensen) and his identical twin Max recently appeared in The Batman.
Also on the set on Monday was legendary comedian Sandra Bernhard, who was filmed carrying a bag of groceries past a fruit and vegetable stand.
The 67-year-old actress-singer – who used to be best friends with Madonna – wore a patterned blouse tucked into black jeans and boots with a brown purse sling over her shoulder.
